News and Events
Two outstanding Club members were installed as co-presidents for the 2017-2018 club year: 
Trautie Becker and Vivien S. Finn.  Both have had a long career in various Club leadership positions. 
Trautie will continue in her position as Treasurer and Vivien as State Federation Secretary.  They jointly called on club members to “say yes” when called upon for help and to offer suggestions on ways to inprove the Club.

Thursday Happenings:

The Needlework Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 12:30 p.m.

The Book Discussion Group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1:30 and is celebrating the group’s 15th year.






ON NOVEMBER 29 AT 1:30 P.M., MARIE GRIECO WILL SHARE HER EXPERIENCES AS A VOLUNTEER DECORATOR AT THE WHITE HOUSE.  SHE HAS WALKED IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF PRESIDENTS AND DECKED THEIR HALLS WITH GARLANDS AND VELVET RIBBONS.  SHE WAS CHOSEN TO HELP DECORATE THE WHITE HOUSE FOR THE HOLIDAYS IN 2011 AND HAS HELPED TWICE SINCE.  THIS PAST HOLIDAY SEASON, SHE WAS INVITED TO DECORATE VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN’S RESIDENCE.  JOIN MS. GRIECO FOR THIS PRE-HOLIDAY TREAT.



THE WAYS AND MEANS CHRISTMAS TEA ON DECEMBER 13 PROMISES TO BE EXTRA SPECIAL.  WE WILL BE TREATED TO CHRISTMAS MUSIC AND A HANDBELL CHOIR FROM SAINT CASSIAN’S SCHOOL.  RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST BY DECEMBER 7.
